Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Job End Date - 4/30/27

Job Description -

Hybrid in either: NYC; White Plains, NY; Clayton, MO; Chicago, IL; or Coppell, TX-- location required on resume

Tuesday/Wednesday in office

Responsibilities:

* Assist in resolving intermediate technical issues and troubleshooting.

* Conduct intermediate product training sessions for customers.

* Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns.

* Document and communicate recurring customer feedback to the team.

* Collaborate with sales and support teams on customer issues.

* Identify and escalate critical customer issues.

* Recommend product/service improvements based on customer feedback.

Skills:

* Advanced Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Customer Relationship Management: Skills to manage and nurture customer relationships.

* Analytical Skills: Use basic data to identify trends and insights.

* Problem Solving: Intermediate problem-solving capabilities for resolving customer issues.

* Training Skills: Ability to convey information effectively during training sessions.

* Project Management: Basic project management skills to handle varied tasks.

* Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency with CRM and other customer support software.

Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients. Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients. Proactively manage order process. A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred. Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs. Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
